Do you remember those days when people used to wear leisure suits and clothes made of polyester? Those days have lost their glamor but synthetic fabrics continue to be used by consumers. However today, people awareness of health has grown and they have become more consciousness. As a result, natural fibers and cotton has replaced other kinds of synthetic fibers.

Today people have become more concerned about the harmful effects of pesticides and insecticides on food produce and that has led to the demand and growth for organic vegetables and produce. Similarly, people have understood the impact of overuse of pesticides and insecticides in cultivation of cotton and other types of natural fibers. Thus, there is a demand for organic garments and cottons. This is a solution for getting clothes free from carcinogens and poisons. Cotton is a great fabric for corporate apparel but the manner in which most cotton is grown does raise grave health issues. Traditionally grown cotton is responsible for over 25% of insecticide use and about 10% of pesticide use in the world. Pesticides, which are used for cotton, are very hazardous.
Organic cotton is a perfect solution to combat this problem and it is not only essential for us but also for the entire world. The quality of life certainly benefits from organic cotton and the quality of organic clothing is also much higher. Longer-stable cotton fibers are produced from organic cotton plants and the yield results in more durable fabrics and stronger yarn. Long-stable cotton that is free from pesticides feels much softer and it is more breathable. It feels very luxurious against the skin. Organic cotton is not the one and only fabric, which is healthy. A fiber like hemp also has excellent properties and it is used for producing high quality garments. So when are you switching to organic?
