Dressing is something, which can be the chief mode of communication and expressing your mood. Dressing code is the only way of business communication in the corporate arena. Hence, you need to be perfect in determining your corporate apparel. Hence, it is very important to determine that what should be the communicative nature of your clothes and what are the varieties of clothes you should wear in your office?
Before choosing your corporate apparel, you should remember that dressing code in office depends on three factors- the first factor is related to the function of the employee. The second factor is about the dress color, which is related to the structural image of the company. The third factor is related to certain fashion tendencies.
However, one point should be discussed in this connection that is there any difference in the dressing mode of the employees on the basis of hierarchy. Yes, it’s true that leaving the strictly hierarchal structures like policemen, naval officers, pilot soldiers etc. There is no such difference in the mode of dressing. In the former, it is only the dressing mode, which distinguishes the hierarchic structure.

For example, a woman who is a leader of any corporate sphere should look reliable, competent and serious in the sphere of business communication, which can be reflected, through clothes, accessories and other things. Hence, she should not s wear any loud color or any designer or party wear in office because that could degrade her reliability.
There are specific job oriented dress in the corporate arena, which you cannot avoid. However, in general, work dress has to be universal and in that respect a corporate dress is different from the work dress. Since the corporate dress pertains to definite rules, which determines the outlook of any employee it has to be communicative in its own ways. It is due to this reason the entire concept of corporate apparel is to be classified into several categories like: work dress, protective dress, uniform, casual business dress or non formal business clothes.
