- It is always safer to wear some conservative workwear like suits with custom shirts. For women, it is better not to wear a suit with pants. If you are planning to wear a skirt, then keep this in mind that your skirt should cover your thighs and it falls till your knees.
- If you are going to a typical conservative firm, your workwear should equally be conservative. Like, if you are going for some investment firm, try wearing navy blue or grey suits.
- It is also equally necessary to match your dress according to the probable job. Like if you are going for an interview on a warehouse floor, you will really look odd in business clothing. Keeping this in mind, dress accordingly. And always remember that you are wearing a neat and clean attire.
- Always try to match your shoes with your dress. Sandals or any other casual shoes are never appreciated. Try and stick to the conservative style and wear a pair of formal shoes. No matter what color your suit is, you can wear a black closed-toe shoes. Avoid extreme stilettos or chunky platform.
- Wearing a watch is always necessary. But again, you have to be careful in choosing a watch. Avoid wearing very trendy watches. Its preferred that you wear a conservative watch.
- You can wear some modest jewelry that matches your attire. But again, you have to avoid all the trendy and junk jewelry.
- Doing a little make-up is necessary, but do not paint on the make up. Try to keep your make up simple and subtle. Try and keep short length clean nails and also avoid extreme nail colors.
- Your purse should be small and simple. You can even carry a briefcase, or a folder , or a portfolio.
- Complete your dressing by wearing some nice and soothing perfumes.
