Blend Your Personal Style with Your Work Wear to Make an Impact

Do you think that you are a master of men’s dressing? Probably not. What is the point if cannot blend your personal style with your workwear? You have to remember this rule if want to make a great impact. You can chill at your work place and dress in style at the same time. The fashion tips are simple and anyone can follow them to look smart and stylish.

The first thing that you have to remember is that you must understand your body type. That is very important. Basically, there are three types of bodies - heavy-set, tall, and short. You must know in which category you fit. A tall person should wear windowpane plaids, tooth textiles, and Scottish hounds. These textiles lend width to tall people. For trousers, straight fits work best.

Pin-stripe shirts are very good for short people. If you are short, you should wear solid colors such as navy blue, dark chocolate, or maroon. These colors will make you look taller. Please don’t wear pleated trousers. If you are a bit stocky then large or bold prints are a strict no-no. You will look good in pin stripes and solid colors.

If you love wearing suits then make sure sleeve length for the suit or jacket is correct. To find out if it is right, look at your shirt’s sleeve. Only a half or quarter an-inch of sleeve should be visible. As far as your personal style is concerned, you can enhance your business suit with the right ties. Steer clear of broad ties. They don’t look good at all. Narrow or medium ties are great for all. However, make sure the tie matches your personal style. If you want to be safe with the designs on the tie, then classic diagonal stripes or solid colors are the best.
